Unlike traditional sheets, our PET products are extruded in long continuous lengths and wound onto reels that can exceed 1,000 meters, making them ideal for automated processing and high-volume production environments.

• Width Range: 17 cm to 120 cm

• Thickness Range: 200 microns to 600 microns

• Weight Range: 15 kg to 360 kg, depending on reel structure and product dimensions

• Color Options: Full spectrum available—from glass-like transparency to custom colors, based on order volume

• Rigidity Control: Standard PET properties; not adjustable

• Material Type: Virgin PET only; no recycled content used

• Layer Configuration:

  • Single-layer rolls or films

  • Double-layer rolls with two distinct colors, available upon request

  • Triple-layer (A-B-A) rolls with matching outer layers and a contrasting core layer
