Extrusion
Rabboni Plast extrudes polystyrene (PS) and PET to produce rolls and sheets in various colors, layers, and thicknesses, suitable for thermoforming applications as well as advertising and packaging. These materials can be manufactured as Single Layer, Double Layer, or Triple Layer (A-B-A) depending on customer requirements, with full flexibility to control color options, rigidity, and transparency. This versatility allows clients to create packaging solutions tailored precisely to their needs and vision.
Thermoforming
Rabboni Plast relies on expertise and advanced German machinery to deliver high‑quality packaging. Plastic rolls are heated until flexible, then shaped by air pressure or vacuum to match the desired mold. Molds are custom‑designed to meet client requirements, ensuring strength and precision. The company operates over fifteen thermoforming machines with diverse technologies to serve a wide range of needs.
